Students Explore the World of Wartime Codebreakers at Bletchley Park

Our year 7's enjoyed a fascinating guided tour of Bletchley Park, discovering the rich history behind Britain’s codebreaking headquarters. From exploring the historic Mansion and the famous Huts to seeing the Bombe machine up close, they were absolutely captivated.

One of the highlights was getting to experience using an actual Enigma machine, seeing first hand how encrypted messages were created during WWII, a real “wow” moment for everyone!

They also dived into a brilliant workshop where they cracked codes, uncovered hidden messages, and stepped into the shoes of real wartime codebreakers. Their teamwork, enthusiasm, and curiosity were brilliant throughout!
