Some of our Year 10 students recently set off on an exciting STEM adventure to Leeds, immersing themselves in discovery beyond the classroom.
Their journey took them to a range of inspiring destinations, including the Thackray Museum of Medicine, MathsCity, Leeds Discovery Centre and the National Science and Media Museum. Each stop offered hands-on experiences and fascinating insights, allowing students to explore the real‑world applications of science, technology, engineering and mathematics.
With sunshine accompanying them throughout the trip, the event proved to be as enjoyable as it was educational. Students embraced every opportunity to learn, question and discover, bringing their classroom studies to life in a memorable way.
And judging by the smiles captured in the photos, it’s safe to say the trip was a huge success!
